Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MediaOptimaalis X services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

MediaOptimaalis X provides culinary ingredient kits and recipe services. Our kits contain pre-portioned ingredients with accompanying recipes for home meal preparation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Subscription Terms

Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel or modify your subscription through your account settings. Changes may take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Payment and Billing

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is required before shipment of culinary kits. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Delivery and Shipping

We deliver across Canada with specific delivery schedules by region. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items.

Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Refunds for undelivered kits may be issued at our discretion. Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services lawfully and responsibly. This includes providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content, including recipes, packaging designs, and website content, is the property of MediaOptimaalis X and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Limitation of Liability

MediaOptimaalis X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific kit or service causing the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MediaOptimaalis X from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
